This anointed woman of God has been ministering the gospel for over 19 years. Her gifting in the area of administration has proved to be a blessing to various ministries across the United States. The Lord has blessed her with the creative ingenuity to not only develop church administration but through her secular career acquire the business proficiency that has been a blessing to the church not only spiritually but naturally as well.
Pastor Michele has functioned as a consultant to many major Evangelists that are on the circuit today, providing sound financial information in structuring business transactions. She has also developed many of their promotional packages for ministry. Additionally, Pastor Michele has been the administrator for an Evangelist Department that encompassed over 72 churches, developing training programs for altar work, scheduling crusades, and revivals. She has also been privileged to personally manage the ministries of several international evangelists, teach Sunday School, lead the Praise and Worship team, develop evangelistic campaigns, fund raising campaigns, and develop leadership training courses, business plans, financial literacy programs and capital campaigns. Additionally, Pastor Michele worked in a women's shelter in NY providing bible study for the women and children.
This Woman of God has also made her mark in the secular field as well. She was an Assistant Vice President for a major bank where she established a financial center and grew balances from $0 to over $32 million dollars in 2 ½ years. Her desire to see God’s people blessed financially prompted her to develop mentoring programs which ran in two (2) school districts in the Long Island area. Additionally, she has developed a financial literacy program for adults as well as being retained by a major non-profit organization as a consultant to establish a financial literacy program within their charter schools. She was also a VP/Area Manager for a major bank in Florida overseeing 13 local branches. She managed a branch of a local Credit Union and currently is the Business Banking Relationship Manager for this same Credit Union overseeing the business relationships of 18 offices.
In addition to her career in banking, Elder Michele was the owner of Grace & Elegance Catering & Bakery. She has founded a mentoring program that operates under the name of Refresh Leadership Academy This academy provides mentorship to young men and women in the Jacksonville area focusing on career development, management, business ethics as well as the grass roots of running a small business. Additionally, it is a training ground for future leaders and professionals who may need mentoring support.
Pastor Michele is a graduate of St. John’s University. She has also been formally trained in Church Development by Drs. I.V. and Bridget Hilliard and completed a grant-writing course at Medgar Evers College, attended O.M.Kelly Religious Training Institute, certified from Beulah Heights University in Episcopacy and Leadership, a member of the African American Pentecostal Bishops Congress and she is also certified in financial accounting. She sits on the Board for North East Florida Community Action Agency, where she held the position as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Team, Board Member and Vice Chair of Grace & Truth CDC, and a member of the Jacksonville Black Chamber of Commerce.
Pastor Michele’s heart beat and desire is to develop balance in the Body of Christ, assist developing ministries and aide in the healing process of hurting leaders, as well as foster a spirit of excellence that has gone lacking for too long in the execution of our business ventures, spiritually as well as personally.
Her unique gifting's have been brought into fruition for this end time move of God.
